At Integration PCCS, we see each person as unique but made up of three essential parts - The Mind, The Body, and The Spirit. We work to treat each of these pieces of the human so that the whole gets better.
The Mind - Neuroscience has made huge strides in the last few years. And our understanding of healthy brain function has grown along with that. We want to engage the whole brain to grow new neuropathways for decision making. This allows us to find whole new avenues to deal with problems, engage relationships well, and even take back control of our own emotional well-being.
The Body - The connection between physical activity and our overall well-being is undeniable. We don't need to be Olympic athletes to achieve the benefits of movement. One example of this: Physical movement helps reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) and allows for better rest and renewed energy. All this lead to a more positive outlook and a more creative problem-solving mindset.
The Spirit - We are unapologetically a faith-based counseling practice. That doesn't mean you have to be faith-based, but we believe that the author of the Bible is also the author of the body and the brain. Because of that, all these pieces should work in harmony to bring about the best version of ourselves. We want to leverage spiritual realities and practices to help you become the person you have always been meant to be.

One of my points of focus is the area of employee relationships. It is hard to get along with people sometimes. And with the best of intentions, we can start to be at odds with one another in a way that is counterproductive to the bottom line of the company. Managing workplace relationships is key to healthy culture. And healthy culture is key to a successful business.
Sometimes, we need a little mediation to get people to work together well. Finding ways to pull for the good in each other as well as believing that we all want the same goals (the best for the company) and learning to communicate in a way that those around me can understand my heart and intent behind my words is key to maintaining peace in the work environment.
I can help you navigate relational dynamics in the workplace in a way that will inspire and motivate the team to maximize their potential and pull the best out of each other.
